-Condition the house with the temperature you want to find when you arrive (winter or summer).
-Leave outdoor furniture in its place ready for use, sun loungers, armchairs, tables, barbecue, any furniture you use when you are at home.
Cleaning – You can arrive and find your home clean and ready to enjoy.
Laundry and Ironing – Maintenance of bed and bath linen to keep them clean, smelling good and ready to be used when you get home.
Supermarket – I will buy you basic necessities, food and drinks so that you can get home comfortably.
Gardening – You can arrive with your garden pruned, with the plants watered and cleaned to enjoy it and your free time.
Pool – By the time you arrive you have your pool ready to enjoy it.
Reception – Help with suitcases and organizing your belongings in the closet.
Prepare beds with clean sheets and towels in the bathrooms.
Prepare the table for lunch and/or dinner.

I am Christiane Dias with a higher degree in event organization since 2005, Personal Organizer – Organization professional and Second Home Caregiver since 2021, I keep the privacy of my clients and my house sitter service is of high quality and reliability. I am a neighbor owner in Cambrils, I am dedicated to the professional organization of spaces in homes and businesses and also to the service of Caretaker of Second Homes in Cambrils.
You will accompany the requested services for your home at all times
Visits will be followed up via WhatsApp, a direct communication channel between the Caregiver and the Owner that will also serve to request other services or additional procedures.
The keys to your house will only be responsible for me, no one else, so any necessary service in your house, previously authorized or requested by you, I will personally accompany the professional who will be in charge of solving the service or emergency.
In the event that there are additional services not commented on in this document and that you need, it can be discussed and arranged, without any problem. (E.g. accompaniment of your work or management of any municipal service, which you need a trusted person to be able to carry out).
